Wherever you are, you’re welcome.
You may be considering a plant medicine experience for the first time, or finding your way after one.
Perhaps something meaningful emerged.
Perhaps old pain resurfaced, or you were left feeling unsettled, without the support you needed afterwards.
Support that helped you in the past may feel less suited to what you are experiencing now.
You may have talked about what happened, yet still need help finding your way with it.
We begin with where you are: in your body, your emotions, your thoughts, and your sense of connection or spirit.
You do not need to have the words ready.
How we work together
Together, we follow a structured somatic integration process, exploring what you notice in your body, your feelings, and your experience. I guide the process while you discover your own meaning and understanding.
We can begin before an experience by exploring your intention, or afterwards with what needs your attention.
Each session closes with a tiny ceremony, shaped by what you have discovered. You put it into your own words, and we identify a small, practical way to explore it in everyday life.
A way to try on the person you are becoming, notice what fits, and keep learning about yourself.
You can begin with one session. We decide together whether further support would be helpful.
A personal invitation
I’m Rebeccah Élise Meldrum, a Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Practitioner, trained and mentored by Atira Tan.
I completed Atira’s 50-hour practitioner training earlier in 2026 and bring a coaching practice established in 2010 to this work. I am no stranger to these realms.
If something here speaks to where you are, you’re welcome to contact me privately on Signal. We can talk about what you need, whether we are a suitable fit, and session options and fees.
You can begin simply:
“Hi Rebeccah, I’d like to talk about integration support.”

Something to carry into everyday life
Each session includes a structured somatic integration process and closes with a Tiny Ceremony, personally shaped around what you have discovered and put into your own words.
Your Tiny Ceremony offers a simple daily practice for exploring your insights, trying on new ways of being, and noticing what fits in everyday life.
With your consent, sessions can be recorded and transcribed using AI to help me prepare your personal field notes. I review these before sharing them with you. Recording is optional; your Tiny Ceremony remains part of every session.
Support for yourself, or shared with friends
Use the ten sessions yourself, or share the package with one or two friends. Each person attends privately, with support shaped around their own experience and needs.
Before the package begins, we discuss suitability and how you would like to divide the sessions.
You are welcome to start with a single session.
Why I offer this work
This practice is a passion project, and my fees reflect a commitment to making preparation and integration more accessible.
I believe this part of the plant medicine journey is too often undervalued or given too little time. I offer dedicated space for what comes before, what emerges afterwards, and how you bring your discoveries into everyday life.
Rebeccah’s Hearth offers somatic plant medicine preparation and integration support for adults.
Sessions do not include ceremonies, the supply of substances, dosing advice or medical clearance to participate.
This practice does not replace psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis care.
Where your needs fall outside my scope, we can discuss appropriate professional support.
A wider circle of belonging.
Rebeccah’s Hearth sits within Wild Kin Australia, an emerging education, community and conservation initiative.
Wild Kin explores how we learn through relationship with ourselves, each other and the living world, across generations.
From young people discovering wildlife to adults reconsidering their work and direction, the invitation is to keep learning, find belonging, and bring what we discover into how we live.
Learn. Belong. Become. Pass it on.
